Shipment

When we receive your order we try to be quick.
However note that the suppliers are craftsmen and artists who often work in small town, not big industries.

When you buy an item:

  • We notify the artisan who prepares the package
  • We activate the courier you have chosen who will pick it up by the craftsman
  • It takes a few days from when the producers packs up the item and sends it off, usually two o three working days; 
  • then the courier will deliver it within a further two or three days, but of course it also depends on the distance.

For big items or made to order the delivery time may be longer.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 calendar days, starting with that day you have received the product.
  • The product is in its original packaging- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase to the address of producer. Do not send it to manatris.
Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance preferably by:

Our Returns and Refunds Policy for damaged items is all the same as for intact products. Shipping charges for damaged items are all the sam e of intact items.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
