Sculptor and ceramist in Venice. He is fascinated by Africa as a source of powerful stimuli for his imagination. He works and exhibits in his studio in Venice just a few steps from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
Andrea Da Tos was born in Venice (Italy) in 1961 and he is a self-taught artist. After graduation he worked as a visual artist, using both graphic art and photography. For several years now he has turned his interests tomaterialism, first with wood, then he enlarged his experimentation to other materials, in order to express his artistic and design vision. Andrea is used to working in his showroom in Venice, just a few steps away from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
